I’m giving myself permission
to enjoy life–to even have
fun. Seems like this should be
my natural state–and it is–
except when I allow myself to
get bogged down in the
negativity of this world.

I am excited about life;
it constantly delights me.
How can people say they
are bored when we are
surrounded by so much
we can enjoy?

I open my arms
welcome the joy
spreading this wave
of happiness wherever
I go, fanning the fire
of love in all I meet.
